Take $100 off fee by registering by April 15

There are two ways to register:

1. Download the application and mail it along with your deposit by June 1st, 2010, to:

Check or money order only, made out to APA-ONY. 

2. Register online and pay your deposit via PayPal or mail your deposit.

Deposit will be refunded only if cancellation is requested prior to June 1, 2010.  There will be no refunds after June 1, 2010.   Deposit will be automatically returned if student is not accepted or requested Intensive is full or canceled for any reason.

5 day Intensive      Fee: $800.00   -   $400.00 deposit required with application.  Balance due June 1.  Fee will go up to $900.00 after June 1
7 day Intensives    Fee: $1,100.00 – $550.00 deposit required with application. Balance due June 1
Fee will go up to $1,200.00 after June 1

For ALL INTENSIVES:  Post the June 1st deadline, please make arrangements for late registration to be received by  Judith Fredricks at the address above by June 15th.  And also please send full increased fee at that time.  We regret that in order to properly prepare for this workshop, the latest we can accept applications is June 15th, (if space is available).
